You'll be staying in a quiet residential area of Pucón, surrounded by native vegetation, inside a gated condominium. It's a peaceful setting, away from the bustle of downtown, yet connected to town life via the same main road.

Guests can access all common areas of the condominium, except for spaces that may be under maintenance or require prior booking. The pool and the quincho operate on schedules set by the administration.

On the shore of Lago Villarrica, besides boat rides, you'll find Playa Blanca, great for swimming, and Playa Negra, with its volcanic black sand.

Downtown Pucón is just 5 minutes away by car, though for reaching hot springs, trails, and other more distant attractions, having your own car is recommended. If you're arriving from outside the region, the nearest airport is Aeropuerto La Araucanía, in Temuco, about 92 km away and roughly an hour's drive; there are also direct buses between the airport and Terminal Pucón running approximately every 4 hours, with a trip time of about two hours.
