The beachfront location makes it easy to reach the beach within a few steps and explore Avenida del Mar directly from the area. On the upper levels, terraces and common areas take advantage of the views toward the bay, while Cuatro Esquinas offers restaurants and services nearby.

Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment throughout their stay. The rooftop and other building facilities are shared with residents and other guests.

This area provides easy access to one of the main coastal stretches between La Serena and Coquimbo. In addition to Peñuelas Beach and Avenida del Mar, you can visit the Monumental Lighthouse, La Serena's historic center and La Recova, or continue toward Coquimbo to explore Barrio Inglés, the port, and the Third Millennium Cross. For an inland excursion, the Elqui Valley offers destinations such as Vicuña, Pisco Elqui, and several astronomical observatories.

Avenida del Mar has public transportation, taxis, and ride-hailing services connecting La Serena and Coquimbo. A private vehicle is not essential for exploring the beaches and main urban areas, although it is convenient for visiting other seaside destinations and the Elqui Valley. La Florida Airport is approximately 12 km away, around a 20–25 minute drive, depending on traffic.
